I suffer from both M.E (although this is improving greatly thankgoodness!) and Hypermobility in my hips and knees.
I was wondering if anyone else suffered with one or the other of these? How does it affect you? Obviously I need to be careful with the level of activity so I dont give myself an ME relapse :smile:
Would it be possible to wear knee supports whilst riding, the kind that runners wear? Just to stop my knees flexing back too far (no dislocation, just over flexing and clicking)
