I have started doing weights at the gym and this has really started to tone up and strengthen my muscles. I find it gives me a huge boost when I can increase the amount I lift and I feel much stronger through my core.
‘I think it’s something like 10 calories per minute.Funny you should say skipping, that appeals. Loved it as a kid and now I can stick it under fitness.
How much would you need to do, build up obviously.

I swim every day nearly for an hour and use the gym for 30 mins to which of the following would be best for rider fitness
Bike
Rower
Tread mill
