Which Colours?

I bought bottle green for Oscar and its much darker than it looks on screen.
 
Royal Blue works for a chestnut but not orange it just clashes the same with gold.
Royal blue and silver would work.

Royal blue and orange. I think orange can look really cool on chestnuts.

I've gone for black and yellow (from there) for mine and Angel's XC colours. My birthday present from my OH. I am very excited to get them. I've got yellow exercise boots as well (she has black Le Mieux for XC). We're going to look like a pair of funky bees!
 
Right I still haven't decided - but it's a birthday present and I now need to choose or my birthday will come and go!

Amber is sooooo shiny that she appears metallic/iridescent. So I don't like either of my original choices and am now thinking black and glittery gold?

Thoughts? Pics attached so you can see her colour. She will no doubt change through the year but this is her now.

Oh WOW look at her, she is gorgeous. I am not sure about a colour, I know a lady who had a lovely chestnut mare and she sometimes put a turquoise saddle cloth on her and it looked very smart on her.

Jess has that iridescence and is a deep chestnut in winter so I tend to avoid reds and yellows as I like the colours to pop and show off her colour :)
