Best boots for turnout ??

Im wanting to keep my horse in boots for turnout as he brushes himself behind and also has two splints. I know people often say that boots may cause the tendons to overheat etc but he won't be wearing them for more than 8-10 hours at the most on days where he's out all day. I'll be drying them overnight too so he won't be wearing wet muddy boots and his field isn't really
muddy.
What's people's experiences with brushing boots for turnout? Are there any good breathable ones anyone would recommend? Or are turnout boots the best option?
Thank you!

I would be speaking to my farrier first to see if they can help you.
Can you take the back shoes off or put over reach boots on the backs?

He's got over reach boots on in front but wouldn't be taking shoes off. Wanting some protection for his legs.

I can only think of the boots designed for winter turnout.
Boots can over heat though and cause you more issues.

Are there any boots you can recommend? Has anyone used Premier Equine ones? They say they're suitable for 12 hours turnout.
